Obligatory answer to get my undeserved but promised rep Also note that 9.0.2 has now reached its end of engineering support, which means that no further bug fixes will be made. We did make a point of getting Windows 7 support into 9.0.2 before that happened. |

That is good news! In the newsgroups I saw lots of requests for full Windows 7 support by ASA9. But for me Server 2008 R2 support is the important thing. Some of our long time customers upgrade to new servers with 2008 R2, while not all are willing to invest in SQLA 11 at the same time. Since there's no upgrade option anymore, they'd have to buy new licenses. So now there's a chance for them to only take one step at a time. |
